Inclusive Leadership Programme
This award-winning food producer wanted to embed D&I in everything they did, like they had done with sustainability. We started by engaging their senior leadership team.
We took the senior team through a strategy session, followed by our full Inclusive Leadership Programme. This led to a reverse mentoring programme, a full systems review and ongoing sessions for recruiters and people managers.
D&I – like sustainability – is now business as usual at apetito. Leaders feel comfortable talking about it, sharing and being vulnerable across hierarchies, and it has contributed to their award-winning culture.
“Working with Included on various Diversity & Inclusion activities has not only been a real pleasure but also incredibly beneficial to our organisation. Stephen and his team quickly got to know us and designed and delivered a bespoke programme to suit our needs. In particular, the Inclusive Leadership Programme has been highly thought provoking and, more importantly, has had a real impact due to the positive and tangible changes in the behaviours of our leaders. Stephen and his team have helped us make a real difference in terms of diversity and inclusion within our organisation and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them.”

In some cases there were overtly uninclusive behaviours and challenging cultural aspects across the agencies, with leaders not always...
