Inclusive Leadership Programme


Co-op, one of the UK’s largest retailers, has a mission that clearly lends itself to D&I. However, its leaders wanted to go further and embed inclusion in behaviours in a deeper, more sustainable way than any other major organisation was doing.


We ran our Inclusive Leadership Programme for 35 of Co-op’s most senior leaders which focused on experiential learning and tactics for everyday inclusive leadership.


We developed tangible personal action plans for every leader. Co-op was widely acknowledged as a D&I leader with sponsorship from the CEO down.
