This leading global pharmaceutical company wanted to celebrate Pride month in a meaningful way in spite of the challenges of remote working brought on by the Covid-19 global pandemic.
We worked with a small steering group and developed a three-part, intersectional Pride series to involve all the other staff networks too.
We were able to engage not just the remote working LGBT+ population, but also the race, gender and disability networks, plus build a new cohort of allies.
