With several years of experience in employee advisory and legal services, both in the UK and Japan, Georgie joined Included in 2022 as a Consultant and is responsible for client delivery across our five service areas.
Georgie has worked on a range of projects, most recently focussing on employee engagement and cultural change in large, disruptive transactions. She takes a collaborative, people focussed approach to ensure that outcomes are intersectional and sensitive. In her previous role, she developed and implemented several internal D&I strategies, including the roll out of ERGs and design of a programme to help men be better allies to women in the workplace and more widely.
After graduating with a Masters in International Development: Agriculture and Rural Development in 2014, which is where her interest in equality and social structures stems from, Georgie spent most of her career in Japan, learning both the language and business culture.
