Lydia joined Included in 2021 to lead and implement the marketing strategy including website and social media management, delivering digital and offline campaigns, leading on events, publicity, and brand management.
Prior to this, Lydia has held marketing positions in publishing, events, and digital start-up organisations. She holds a Diploma in Professional Marketing and is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM). Lydia’s previous work has been shortlisted for the IPG Marketing Award 2021 and she is a contributing author toThe Key to Inclusion (July 2022).
Lydia is a dedicated diversity and inclusion advocate. She collaboratively created and executed internal D&I strategy as part of a working group in her previous role, and is a member the D&I focus group at her rowing club. Before joining Included, Lydia led the marketing for Building an Inclusive Organization co-authored by Stephen Frost and Raafi-Karim Alidina.
