Specializing in Diversity and Inclusion (D&I), Business Development and Operational Event Planning, Tom was an integral member of the award-winning Diversity and Inclusion team responsible for creating a diverse and inclusive environment for the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games (LOCOG). There, he delivered several inclusion projects including the procurement programme, contractor workforce, website accessibility, Athletes and Officials guide, Equality Standard for Sport, legacy knowledge transfer and D&I staff training.
He joined the Global Diversity and Inclusiveness team at Ernst and Young in New York (2014), helping to advance the D&I programme including creating their Global D&I Board.
Tom reunited with Stephen Frost in 2016 to lead on various aspects of operations at Included, implementing policies & procedures to assist the growth of the company.
Tom is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, husband and father, keen golfer, Arsenal fan and winter sports participant.
